Terms of Purchase Live Online Workshop

By completing your purchase of the Podcasting 101 Start Your Show workshop (the "Workshop"), you ("Participant") agree to these Terms of Purchase with the provider ("Company"). These terms apply to a live online workshop event held via Zoom.

1) Access and Attendance

Your purchase grants one individual seat to the live online Workshop on the specified date and time, accessible via Zoom. Access is for one Participant only and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Company. Unauthorized sharing of access links, login credentials, or participation is strictly prohibited.

2) License and Use of Materials

The Workshop may include handouts, worksheets, slides, or other resources ("Materials"). Company grants you a limited, personal, exclusive to you, and non transferable license to use the Materials for your own educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share, post online, or create derivative works from the Materials. All rights remain solely with Company.

3) Replay Access

A time limited replay of the Workshop will be provided to Participants after the live session. Replay access is provided solely for the Participant's personal educational use.
The replay may not be downloaded, recorded, copied, shared, distributed, or posted publicly in any form. Screen recording, audio recording, screenshots, or redistribution of the replay content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Company.

4) Payment and All Sales Final

This is a one time, non refundable purchase. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, technical issues on the Participant's end, or inability to attend the live Workshop.

5) Event Changes

Company reserves the right to modify the Workshop date or time if necessary due to illness, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Company's control. In the event of a reschedule, Participants will receive notice and their access will automatically transfer to the new date and time.
If the Workshop is canceled entirely by Company, Participants will receive a full refund.

6) Intellectual Property

All content shared during the Workshop, including teachings, materials, slides, demonstrations, examples, frameworks, and replay content, is proprietary to Company and or its licensors. Unauthorized duplication, recording, sharing, or distribution of Workshop content may result in immediate removal from the event, termination of replay access, and legal action where applicable.

7) Disclaimers and No Guarantees

The Workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Company makes no guarantees regarding results, performance, income, audience growth, or success. Participant understands that results vary and are solely responsible for their own actions and implementation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Workshop shall not exceed the amount paid by Participant for the Workshop ticket.

9) Participant Conduct

Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the live Workshop or revoke replay access if the Participant is disruptive, abusive, violates these Terms, or interferes with the experience of others. No refunds will be issued for removal or loss of access due to misconduct.

10) Recording and Media Use

The live Workshop may be recorded by Company for replay delivery, internal use, training, or promotional purposes. By participating, Participant grants Company permission to use their name, likeness, voice, or image captured during the live session or replay. Participants who prefer not to appear on camera may keep their camera off during the Workshop.

11) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Workshop shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12) Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Participant and Company regarding this purchase. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.

BY CHECKING THE BOX AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE NO REFUND POLICY AND THE RESTRICTIONS ON RECORDING, SHARING, AND USE OF WORKSHOP AND REPLAY CONTENT.
