Terms of Purchase: On-Demand Workshop

By completing your purchase of the Podcasting 101 Start Your Show on-demand workshop (the "Workshop"), you ("Participant") agree to these Terms of Purchase with the provider ("Company"). These terms apply to a recorded online workshop accessible via streaming.

1) Access and Viewing Rights

Your purchase grants one individual access to the on-demand Workshop recording. Access is for one Participant only and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Company. Unauthorized sharing of access links, login credentials, or viewing rights is strictly prohibited.

2) License and Use of Materials

The Workshop may include handouts, worksheets, slides, or other resources ("Materials"). Company grants you a limited, personal, exclusive to you, and non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly share, post online, or create derivative works from the Materials. All rights remain solely with Company.

3) On-Demand Access Period

Lifetime access to the Workshop recording is provided with your purchase. The Workshop recording is provided solely for the Participant's personal educational use. The recording may not be downloaded, recorded, copied, shared, distributed, or posted publicly in any form. Screen recording, audio recording, screenshots, or redistribution of the Workshop content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Company.

4) Payment and All Sales Final

This is a one-time, non-refundable purchase. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including technical issues on the Participant's end or dissatisfaction with content.

5) Content Availability

Company reserves the right to modify or remove access to the Workshop recording if necessary due to circumstances beyond Company's control. Company will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any significant changes to content availability.

6) Intellectual Property

All content included in the Workshop, including teachings, materials, slides, demonstrations, examples, and frameworks, is proprietary to Company and/or its licensors. Unauthorized duplication, recording, sharing, or distribution of Workshop content may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where applicable.

7) Disclaimers and No Guarantees

The Workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Company makes no guarantees regarding results, performance, income, audience growth, or success. Participant understands that results vary and are solely responsible for their own actions and implementation.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Workshop shall not exceed the amount paid by Participant for the Workshop access.

9) Participant Conduct

Company reserves the right to revoke access if the Participant violates these Terms or engages in unauthorized use or distribution of Workshop content. No refunds will be issued for loss of access due to misconduct or Terms violations.

10) Recording and Media Use

The Workshop recording may be used by Company for internal use, training, or promotional purposes. Any testimonials, feedback, or communications provided by Participant may be used by Company for marketing purposes unless Participant explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

11) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Workshop shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12) Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Participant and Company regarding this purchase. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
